We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with services that help us run the website and reply to you:
- Formspree, which receives the form on our website and forwards it to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States; information sent to it is protected by appropriate safeguards for international transfers, as set out in Formspree's privacy policy.
- Microsoft 365, which we use for our email and files.
- Our website hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits to help us understand which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites, and it doesn't build a profile of you.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you make an enquiry but don't become a customer, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use cookies or advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, where visitors come from and what type of device they use. It works without cookies and doesn't identify you, so there's no cookie banner. You can read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to us using it
- send your information to you or another organisation
To do any of these, email [email protected]. We'll reply within one month and there's normally no charge.
Complaints
